We stayed at Roberto’s place for our baby moon and it was great. First off, before we booked I reached out to Roberto and asked if he could honor the less expensive price I saw the day before listed and he honored it and sent me the offer immediately. 100/100 recommend. Very nice and clean space, right across from the beach in a great area and a beautiful view. The condo looked exactly like the photos. Would love to stay again if we visit again!

Nice, clear view of the ocean. Very peaceful. Clear instructions and easy to get to. Everything was in walkable distance. Only thing that was difficult was parking.

El departamento está en el piso 12 y es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, amplio, limpio, de fácil acceso y buena seguridad. La zona es muy bonita con restaurantes y bares alrededor. Roberto siempre fue muy amable, nos hizo recomendaciones y siempre estuvo al pendiente. El departamento no tiene estacionamiento privado, aún así no tuvimos problema porque alquilamos carro y tuvimos suerte de encontrar siempre estacionamiento frente al apartamento sobre la avenida principal. Volveríamos a hospedarnos en este lugar!

We loved our stay here, and Puerto Rico, the condo was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay here again. My only negative was the parking situation, in the description it was listed that we could pay for parking at one of the nearby, hotels, or street, most of the time we were unable to find street parking, in the hotels, did not offer a daily rate as the owner stated.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Roberto's condo for 4 days. The condo was exactly as the listing. Great view of the ocean! The beach is only 1 block away. There are a lot of restaurants within a 1 - 4 min walk. Since we were only here for a few days we opted not to get a rental car and instead we ubered. The Uber price ranged from $6-$18 depending on how far we were going. There is a grocery store less than 1-min walk away from the front door of the condo building. We got a ton of water, and snacks to keep in the kitchen. Roberto is very responsive and easy to communicate with! He will also provide you with a lot of local recommendations when you book. Would definitely recommend this place for a couple or single traveler!
