Welcome to this unique & sundrenched getaway. With views of the Manatee River & situated steps from Mineral Springs Park & Riverwalk, you have quick access to fishing, beaches, dining, shopping, parks, & historical sites. This updated studio villa has a king size bed, full kitchen and stocked coffee/tea bar. There are lots of windows & front patio w/ river/park views. The back is lush with century old Live Oak Tree, waterfall, gardens, hammock & pool. Let your pup play in the fenced dog area. Single story end villa with platform king bed, living area, kitchen and bathroom. You have your own front and side patio with propane grill.

Great location easy to get to the beach, and the city accommodations were clean, tiday organized, and worked perfectly We use the bicycles, the beach chairs, the snorkeling equipment, and overall had a really great time All you need to bring is your clothes, your glasses and a good attitude and you’ll be glad you stayed here we were

One of the oldest areas south of Tampa. You'll find markers in front of old homesteads, churches, parks and cemeteries. There's a historical park a few blocks away. Also, we are on the beginning of the Bradenton Riverwalk and Mineral Springs Park with spring, fishing pier, boardwalk and observation tower. The villa is approximately 15 minute drive to Anna Maria Island beaches.
You can drive, bicycle, scooter or walk around easily. This villa has 2 designated parking spaces. We can also accommodate boat parking but must be requested prior to booking to ensure another guest isn't using the space.
