The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. V went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish

The host was very lovely and replied within minutes. Only had 2 really soft pillows on the double bed. (it would be nice to have atleast 4 pillows on the bed so there is 2 per person). Would be nice to have additional towels for the spa and pool so we didn't have to use our bath towels. very very low quality amenities such as coffee (homebrand), shower gel seemed like it was watered down and we had to go off and buy more. Not much washing detergent to last the time we stayed. The washing spong didn't look new, so we felt like we were washing dishes with a dirty old sponge. location was perfect, free tram just outside of the building. building amenities was easy to access and was good. Would stay again if quality of products improves and additional towels and pillows are provided. for what we paid we would expect a bit better quality of products (not expensive products but not low quality and watered down products). over all good stay.
