Newly furnished, cosy, one bedroom apartment in Exeter . Located within walking distance of Exeter's historic city centre. Also within walking distance of Exeter University and Exeter City Football Club. The apartment is situated close to rail and bus links, making it easy to explore our beautiful city and other areas of Devon. Exeter Rugby Stadium, Sandy Park is around 15 minutes by car or 10 minutes by train, if you leave from St James Park. 1 double bedroom Spacious living room with fold away dining table and chairs, double sofa bed and smart TV. The sofa converts to a double bed allowing up to 4 guests per stay. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. Iron and ironing board also included. 1 bathroom with shower bath. We provide shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Small, bright lean-to area leading to a private, enclosed garden.

We had a lovely stay and Sarah’s cosy flat. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip to Exeter.
Sarah’s place is lovely. The space was very clean and had everything you needed. Was close to the city centre and easy to find. The only downside is the sofa bed isn’t very comfy and not really big enough for two people.

A really lovely flat, in a great location, we could easily walk into the city centre from the flat. If ever back in Exeter I'd definitely stop here again, great value! thank you for a wonderful stay!
