Decks on every level, with a BBQ and views. 2nd floor has a Family room with another fireplace. 5 BR's TOTAL on the lower 2 floors, with spiral staircase leading to 2 sets of custom built bunk beds and another bathroom! State of the ART rustic elegance EVERYWHERE! Heated Driveway! 10 Persons maximum occupancy. 3 Car Max allowed for parking with 2 on driveway and 1 smaller SUV in driveways. We were stuck in a snow storm and unable to go home due to road closures, the host was very responsive and beyond accommodating to allow us to book another night on such short notice. Hosts were very responsive via text and made us feel right at home. The pictures are exactly as shared. My only warning is that whoever gets the master bedroom needs to bring earplugs because the room is directly under the kitchen and you will able to hear everything. That did not bother us because we all went to bed around the same time, but just a little FYI. Other than that, we loved the place and would highly recommend. 5 stars all around and an extra star for June because she was the best host.
We are 3 families with 3 little ones ( ages between 4 to 1) and we spent time over the new years week. The house is well located with easy access to Raleys and Kings beach. It’s less than a 15 min drive to the Mt.Rose snow play area for little ones. June, who is the property manager, is extremely kind and helpful. We ran into a couple of issues and had questions and she responded immediately with answers and suggestions. The kids loved the bunk beds, cozy couches and bean bags. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, condiments and spices. It served us well since we cooked majority of the meals at home. Overall, we had an extremely pleasant stay. Would love to come back.
