Muy cerca del mercado 20 de noviembre, la estancia estaba muy linda y muy limpia, Daniela nos dió instrucciones claras del acceso, estacionamiento, etc. Si se siente el calor acumulado al llegar pero prendiendo los ventiladores de cada habitación si mejoraba mucho, como única solicitud, estaría bien tener alguna cortina aunque sea delgada en los ventanales principales, para que no se caliente mucho mas, y para tener mas privacidad, pero la verdad es que lo recomiendo, muy agradable la estancia

Daniela was very responsive and helpful! We got in much earlier than expected due to an airline flight change and she accommodated us with an early check in. When we arrived the housecleaner, Susy showed us around and gave us basic instructions. The apartment was very clean with all the necessary amenities for our stay. It is in a great location in downtown Oaxaca, easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Since it IS in downtown, it is rather noisy at night, but that’s to be expected given the location. There is no air conditioning (but there are fans), so it does get warm during the day, but with all of the sliding glass doors open in the evening it cools down quite nicely. But again with doors open you have more city noise. If this is something that bothers you, you may want to reconsider. We kind of enjoyed the city sounds. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back!!

Muy recomendable, Está muy bien el loft, muy buena comunicación con Daniela, muy amable y atenta la chica del servicio Susy nos gustó mucho la estadía en Oaxaca!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The terrace was incredible, location was in the middle of everything, and the space was bright and clean. The only negatives I have were the GPS finding the place often led us to a wrong location, the guest bathroom sink only gives hot water, and the keys to get inside were very hard to maneuver. No A/C was very rough as well & there were no curtains to help cool the space. But aside from that the property was great, host was friendly, and location was central!

Daniela’s place was excellent! I been to Oaxaca several times before and this is by far, my favorite Airbnb. The place is just like the description and photos. Daniela was very responsive to my needs and Susy was very nice too. I went with 4 adults and my 6 yr old daughter and I felt very safe having my daughter there. My husband and I really liked that before getting to the main condo entrance, there are 2 previous doors and locks that you need to go through, That made it feel safer for us. The place is right by the popular Mercado 20 de Noviembre and it’s always busy and with many options to eat from. And at night there are so many food/snack stands to pick from. This place is 5 minutes away from the famous Zocalo and about 7 minutes from where “Andador street” starts, which is a tourists street that has beautiful architecture and boutiques, bars, restaurants. It’s the place to be at, specially during the night time. I was impressed by this condo and hope to book here again !
