Lovely, cosy little flat. Great location for getting into the city centre. Hayley provides everything that is needed for a stay. Very attentive and helpful host! The checking in and out process was very easy to follow. Just the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway. Thank you Hayley 🙂

Excellent friendly communication. Suited our needs perfectly. Walkable to town(20-30mins depending on how fast you walk) plenty of buses if preferred. Handy co-op around the corner and bakers and takeaway options nearby. Happy to stay again when we return to York.

Beautiful, squeaky clean apartment, just perfect for single or couple of travelers! Hayley was very friendly and welcoming, always responsive and helpful. We especially loved the greeting card and chocolates and coffee/tea supplies! Definitely recommend if you're planning to visit York. Close to University of York West Campus and also close to bus stops to go to the city centre.

What a beautiful little flat! Very clean and lovely and warm as Hayley left the heating on for me which was much appreciated. The welcome card and chocolates were a lovely touch. I think I have found my go to for when I stay in York for work events (if it’s available!!). Clean and well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and furnishings and in a very convenient location. I was able to get to work in York city centre in about 30 minutes and that included waiting for the number 8 bus and walking at the other end. Hayley responds very quickly and left clear instructions on how to get into the flat and had left some helpful information on the table. Thank you for having me; I hope to stay again!
