The private saltwater pool, the covered patio, and the outdoor bar are true focal points of the house, wonderful for afternoon hangouts and nights in. Pair your swimming sessions with barbecue meals prepared on the gas grill under the glow of twinkling lights. As you walk inside, you'll be greeted by hardwood floors and high ceilings. The spacious living room boasts an oversize sofa and a smart TV. Steps away, the kitchen positively gleams with its granite countertops and full suite of stainless steel appliances. Off the primary bedroom, indulge yourself by sinking into the soaking tub, rinsing off in the walk-in shower, and utilizing the expansive vanity's dual sinks. The bedrooms are adorned with soft linens, private TVs, and central air. A private washer/dryer completes the home's interior perks. Within 15 miles of your retreat, visit Eagle Harbor Park, Thunderbolt Park, the Mill Cove Pier, Eagle Harbor Golf Club, and numerous restaurants. <b>Things to Know</b> Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. The pool and spa are not heated. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. We had a wonderful stay. The home provided everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The pool was great.
Rented 5 days, The house was beautiful but I was not happy (1) deposit pymt was taken ok but when it came to 2nd pymt use other card like I told them 2 do which they did not caused a problem 4 me. I truly just wanted 2 cancel the house but they refused & said they were going 2 keep half of the $ if cancel. This was already a bad omen (2)The jacuzzi/pool heater outside was broken the ad was misleading the POOL WAS COLD AS ICE and dirty (3)The grill area was very dirty/moldy just nasty also there was cat urine everywhere the smell was unbearable I could not use this area at all (4)The temperature gauge in the house was controlled by some1 else outside the house. I would set the temperature then come back & look and it was moved 2 make the house warmer or shut off (5)Also, some lights were not working in front house which made it extremely hard 2 see if u were coming home in the dark & in the back house we had 2 keep them on cause the glass doors had no curtains. Just very disappointed
Beautiful large home with plenty of sleeping areas as advertised. If it was lacking anything it would be seating. They could use a couple more chairs in the living area to accommodate 10 guests. Hosts were very responsive and had excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again!
- one sower rod fell down on me while I was showering - pool was dirty as well as all surfaces outside - dishwasher was full with smelly dishes and mildew smell - toilets clog - women’s hair All over house but it was just three guys - dead roaches on kitchen floor - bbq and couched and kitchen outside dirty - no garage door opener - couch is set up so you soak your head in counter top - freezer fridge constantly leaking water
This is a beautiful home, but the home has roaches and a rat living in the grill. Who ever cleaned left stuff in the drawers and closets. The host constantly spied on us. I figured this out after he ask me to put the outside furniture back the way it was when we checked in. We moved the furniture in the sun to stay warm, for it was chilly. It is advertised with 3 security cameras, but who constantly watches them. We felt very uncomfortable after he text us numerous times after watching us on the cameras. I suspect there has been a on going roach issue since there was roach spray under the kitchen sink. We also found expired food in the cupboard that others had left behind. I definitely do not recommend renting the home. Vacasa was no help with the rodent issues because I couldn’t provide a picture of it. When my husband lifted the grill lid there it sat and it startled him. When he lifted it back up it was gone back behind the bar/grill area. I give a thumbs down to host and Vacasa.
