Tucker's home was more than we even hoped for -- truly amazing. I am pretty particular about the cleanliness of where we stay and I was so relieved to find such a pristine home. The minute we opened the door, we felt at home. The house was tastefully decorated and functionally contained everything we needed, i.e., comfortable bedding, a fully outfitted kitchen, a great living room with a beautiful view of the secluded backyard pool/hot tub, and a covered patio/barbecue grill. The location was so convenient -- easy drive from the airport, close to Vanderbilt Beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. We definitely will be back! Thanks for a great Florida vacation, Tucker!

The house is essentially brand new. It is nicely appointed with Viking appliances and all the necessary implements and cooking tools in the spacious, open kitchen, it is well-lit, has high ceilings, comfortable furniture and beds, a great pool and hot tub, it is stocked with plush towels and linens, has plenty of TVs (including outside by the pool) and is just a pleasant place to hang out. More importantly, our host Tucker was a 12 on the scale of 10. He was super responsive and pleasant, way above any expectations. He was flexible about the check-out rules, and when we encountered flight delays and cancellation on our check-out day, he did everything possible to buffer the uncertainty, extending our stay with no charge into the evening as we bobbed and weaved with the airline delays, and then when our flight was cancelled, he extended our stay for the next day and when I asked him about paying for the extra day, he threw it in for free. Can't say enough. An unbelievably great host.

This Airbnb was one our favorites! The locarion is 30 mins by foot to Vanderbilt beach and 5 minutes drive to whole foods, the mall, and tons of restaurants! The pool & hot tub were dreamy, and the decor and finishes in the house were of the highest quality. We will certainly be back & truly enjoyed a very restorative 5 nights in this beautiful paradise. Thank you!!
