Apartment OK but the building is not insulated and has noisy and not very effective aircon in apartment. Fridge freezes food and still has no light.

I have nothing else to say!! Sir Don's unit exceeded my expectations!!!! Sir Don is very responsive. Unit is very clean. What you see is what you get. amenities and kitchen utensils are complete. I'll be back in Cebu for work again and I hope this unit is available when I get back. thank you Sir Allan Don!!
Allan’s place is located inside IT Park where you can do o lot of things! Near to Ayala Mall, food stalls and bar. His place is nice, clean and you can really relax. Allan is very responsive, friendly and awesome! He makes sure that everything is going well. He even surprise us with a few snacks! 🙂 Highly recommend his place! Book now!
We tested the internet speed and it was as promised (350mbps). I had no problem working. Place was clean and neat, kitchen's complete with utensils and pots for cooking, and the bed was comfy too. Host had complete instructions about checking in, how to dispose trash, wifi pw, and some do's & don'ts. Ayala Central Bloc & Sugbo Mercado are walkable from the Airbnb. There's also a nearby Merry Mart & 7/11 (like just across the street)- perfect for our midnight cravings lol.
