Nice place, the room is big and clean and the building is well taken care of. The place is worth the money paid, but there are a few things I didn't like. 1) the constant feeling of being in a military barracks with guards letting you in and out and checking you 2) it's not in a good location, don't get tricked by the distance on the map 3) the amount of papers I had to sign for their fees for damages to the property, to the room and for the loss of the room card. In those papers I had to enter completely useless and endlessly repeated data (like name surname 8 times in 2 sheets), 3) the approach of some of the people at the reception: very dry and unfriendly. We were asking a question and they were barely answering and if they were they putting their head down immediately like they wanted to end the conversation immediately. As well we asked if we could leave our luggage one hour after checkout and they said no, only before checkin.

I had a great stay. Room was very spacious and very clean and has complete appliances like refrigerator, kettle, microwave, etc., has a large TV with netflix/Youtube. Check-in was really smooth and all the staff were very accommodating as well as the hosts. The location itself is in a very private and peaceful. For transportation, you can actually have the guards in front call you a taxi which was very convenient. Definitely staying here again next time im in Cebu. Overall, great place and location.
