Olena was very responsive for a last minute booking. We were able to get everyone into the house with no issues. The house was very clean are ready for us to be able to relax and focus on other matter that we needed to attend to. The instruction booklet Olena had, helped us find what we needed and we use to do the same thing when renting out our travel trailer.

The home was beautiful and just as described. It felt cozy and clutter free. Restrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living spaces were clean and tidy. Restrooms were fully stocked with clean towels. Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Communication with the host was great. I would definitely stay here again with our family when visiting Denver.
