Suitable for large groups, teams and family reunions, the home boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 13 beds and sleeps up to 20 people. A huge Arctic Spa Hot tub, a massive backyard with tons of lush grass, BBQ, Pergola, Fire Pit, RV Parking, and Pet Friendly. Two beautiful family rooms, media room, built in kids play house and so much more. Close to Soldier Hollow and DV. Huckleberry Lane is a beautiful and upgraded home that been thoughtfully equipped for adventure lovers and those looking for a comfort and relaxation. Located in the highly sought after Wheeler Park neighborhood, the home is very close to the Soldier Hollow Olympic Venue and Heber's famous rodeo and events center as well as numerous charming downtown restaurants, shopping and historic buildings. With 13 beds and sleeping for 20. the home has 6 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, an open and spacious upstairs dining / gathering room that flows into the beautifully appointed chef's kitchen. Large bedrooms, each themed and well appointed with creative design and lots of sunny windows with views of the Wasatch Back. Parking for up to 2 vehicles inside the garage and another 4 on the driveway plus RV Parking if needed. The large backyard has lots of lush green grass in the summer, a basketball hoop, A new 10 person Arctic Spa and large fire pit with views of the Wasatch Back including Mount Timpanogos. The backyard is massive with room for games, gathering and small events. Need a great place for a Flexcation getaway where you can work, host Zoom meetings, etc while the family has plenty of media bandwidth, this is the place. We have a 500-Gigabyte per second Internet Gateway that will keep all your devices humming along nicely. Special note: We take your safety very seriously and have included an aggressive disinfection protocol in all of our cleanings between guests. This home is pet friendly and we will happily accommodate your furry friends. Here are the rules. We charge a $25 per pet, per night fee for pets. This fee is not collected by Air BnB automatically, we will need to request it from you via Air BnB resolution after you book your stay. If you are brining pets, look for us to contact you regarding settlement of the pet fee before you arrive. All pets must be kenneled if you plan to leave them at the home without supervision. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. If our cleaning crew has to pick up messes in the home or outside the home on the property, you will be charged a minimum $100 additional cleaning fee. The pet fee is charged separately from the booking through Air BnB resolution. All animals must be disclosed prior to your stay. Service animals are welcome but they must be disclosed ahead of time and documentation provided if required. If it is found that you bring a pet without notifying us (even service animals) you will be charged $50 per night per furry family member. Please report any damage a pet is responsible for immediately so we can resolve it immediately.
Our Family LOVED this place, It was just what we needed to get away from everything and just be a family. Adults and children agreed, this was a place we defiantly need too return to.
This was a great property! We had enough space for all of our family to spread out and enjoy our trip. We enjoyed playing games and watching movies on the projector. The kitchen and dining area was also great for family meals. There was also a toy closet (not in photos) that our youngest guests loved. The neighborhood was great for morning walks. We had a fabulous stay!
We had a great stay with family over Easter the closeness to Provo, SLC and Parkcity made it a perfect spot to stay. The interaction with Jeff was on point and always helpful.
Public Transportation provided at no charge by High Valley Transit. Most local Heber attractions are just a short walk. Nearby Midway UT is only a 5 minute drive. Skiing, mountain biking, fishing etc. are all very short drives, less than 15 minutes with no mountain driving.
