We absolutely loved our stay at Jack’s house in Fajardo. We were a party of 12 crazy family members for Easter vacation. Jack was so amazing in communicating and gave such great recommendations of local restaurants/ shopping places. The house matched the listing perfectly. We all slept comfortably without any issues. House was spotless and pool area was a huge size for us all to fit to hang out. Wolf, the dog on the property was truly a sweetie. He didn’t bother at all and was so friendly that we all fell in love with him. Truly a great dog. We will be making this an annual vacation. Thank you for having us Jack!

Jack was a wonderful host from start to finish and his house was lovely and a pleasure to stay at. Pros: - Great communication - early check-in - huge house, plenty of space indoor and out - privacy with neighbors being a good distance away - well equipped kitchen - amazing location, 15 min to rainforest, 15 min to beach, 15 min to marina for boat charters - very clean, indoors and out - A/C worked great - no bugs or critters even though we were in a rainforest Cons: - no hot water for most of the trip Notes: Jack was great at communicating us which was very reassuring and responded promptly. The gas stove/oven is a little tricky if you aren't familiar with it. Jack provided great instructions though. There are two dogs that roam the property, very friendly and mind their own business, but something to know. There was very little hot water so my group was mostly taking cold showers which was fine since its hot out, but a little annoying.
