This is a whimsical and cozy suite. Enjoy the private and welcoming room for two with Scandi Boho interiors and served by a private walk-out access. Truly rest and relax in this bright and artsy lower level space that overlooks the big Norway maple in the backyard. On top of air conditioning and heating, incorporated in the bedroom and the bathroom is the heated floor for ultimate comfort. Amazing cafes and restaurants on St Clair West within walking distance. This is a Queen bedded room in the bright basement floor of our house, with bathroom for exclusive use and completely independent entrance. The room has been newly renovated and newly furnished and has high ceilings. Extra large windows and French entry door overlook the backyard and outdoor steps. The bathroom has a comfortable shower and heated floors, like the whole suite, for divine cozyness.

My recent stay at Giorgia's quaint suite in Toronto was delightful! Though my visit was brief, just two nights, the suite provided the perfect home base for exploring the city while visiting for a friend’s wedding. The suite itself was exactly as pictured - charming and cozy. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including coffee, tea, fruit and snacks. Giorgia was a wonderful host who was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations. Her sweet dog Ginger made my day with the warm welcome to their home. Although my stay was short, I was not able to take advantage of the park across the street or the restaurants in the neighborhood. I will definitely be back. Overall, I highly recommend Giorgia's quaint suite to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay in Toronto. Even for a short stay, it was perfect!

The house is located across the street from the Wychwood Barns Park, which is a lively creative hub with public green spaces, weekly farmers' market, beach volley court, artist studios.
It's a friendly and safe neighbourhood with specialty grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and parks all within walking distance.
The house is very conveniently located for the University of Toronto, as well as the downtown core and entertainment district. There is quick TTC access (Bus and Subway Station).

- 30 min to entertainment district/ Rogers Centre/ ScotiaBank Arena via subway
- 3 minutes walk to restaurants, cafés, fast food, supermarkets
- Wychwood Barns park is across the street, with playground, beach volley court and the city reknowned weekly farmers’ market
- Ravines and more park are nearby
Free 3 hour parking during the day on the street. If longer parking or night parking is needed, parking permits can be easily purchased online ($21 for 24 hrs permit, $45 for a weekly permit).
