Fantastic location with excellent amenities incl. BBQ, excellent kitchen with large fridge and kitchen utensils for large groups. Indoor / outdoor dining areas suitable for larger groups. Clean and big pool with sufficient seating options. Large and extremely well maintained garden. Clean and big rooms with en-suite bathrooms. There is a smaller building next to the big villa that accommodates another 4 pax with separate kitchen/fridge and living room. Very spacious. The place is perfect for large group that don't mind being in a remote area. 10/10 would recommend.

Es war wundervoll! Wir haben Anfang August eine Woche in der Villa am Rande von Montalcinello verbracht, insgesamt waren wir 4 Familien (8 Erwachsene und 9 Kinder). Die Villa, der Garten, der Pool - dieser Ort ist einfach magisch! Wir hoffen irgendwann wiederkommen zu können!

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire dans ce grand espace où l extérieur est splendide si vous aimer la campagne et le calme. Les chambres grandes sont parfaites pour le repos. La cuisine reste le point faible mais nous sommes très heureux d avoir pu rester né ces lieux!

It is a beautiful place but needs some tlc. The pool is amazing but the chairs are very old. They wanted to charge 5 euro more for pool towels. Many of the outdoor brick pavers came loose on the steps and my son almost fell down them. The wifi is very unreliable but it wasn’t a big deal. Absolutely zero items in the pantry. No dish soap. We were there for a week and they only gave us 2 dishwasher tabs. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, and a sponge. On check out, they were there almost 2 hours early and in the house an hour early.
