This lodging was my first experience at any Airbnb. I spent four nights in Katy's guest house and found the location to be ideal for my purposes. It was very clean and comfortable, and it offered many nice amenities that exceeded my expectations.

Great place and a great host! There was no waiting till the last minute to send check in instructions like some other hosts. The accommodations were everything you'd need. Katy was super responsive. I asked for restaurant recommendations and had them within two minutes. First place I'll check for availability if I'm staying in Elgin.

Absolutely would highly recommend Katy to just about anyone coming into Texas. She was extremely helpful with suggestions, was very flexible in terms of our late arrival, provided very easy instructions to follow for both check-in and check out, and last but not least had a great abode which matched the listing perfectly. I would definitely come back and stay at her guest house in the future. Thank you again Katy.

Katy was extremely accommodating. She went above and beyond for us when we wanted to extend our stay. She was always available and when the unit developed a plumbing issue, she moved us to another location for the same price of the much smaller unit. She only reached out when absolutely necessary but ALWAYS responded , often within minutes of us reaching out. Highly recommended!!
