Katy was a wonderful host, her home in Elgin was perfect for a peaceful weekend away. She was flexible with check in and check out times. Great place to stay and a fantastic home and host!

We really enjoyed staying here. Heb and walmart are close by. We went to eat at the parrillada and it was very good. I wanted to try myers bbq across the street but, time caught up to us. The house has a nice yard and one of the cats (orange/white) was hanging out with us. It's about 20 minutes to get to Austin but, it was closer for us to get to circuit of Americas. Will definitely rent it agian if we're in the area. Thanks katy!

My husband and I along with one of my sons stayed 5 nights in Katy’s AirB&B in Elgin, Texas which depending on traffic is about a 30 minute drive east of Austin. Katy's older cottage-style home has been recently remodeled with very high ceilings, granite countertops, modern kitchen and bathroom fixtures including bidet toilet seats The bathrooms were super nice. This may not be something that most people notice but the water pressure there was excellent. The house and backyard seemed huge and quite lovely. My son who is an AirB&B host himself was quite impressed. If you have plans to be in Austin for business or pleasure, don’t hesitate to book a stay at Katy’s place in Elgin. It’s definitely worth the relatively short drive to get there.

Amazing home, beautiful indoor and outdoor area. Everything in the town is within a 5 minute drive. Host is friendly and very helpful!
