Excellently located for exploring the south west of France with its vibrant market villages and medieval bastide towns, and not forgetting, the world famous Bergerac wine region with St Emilion and Bordeaux are close by too. With lots of French character, the layout of this 3 storey house has flexible accommodation to suit families and couples/friends. There are 3 good sized bedrooms. On the ground floor is a kingsize bedroom with a bath and private toilet, and patio doors opening into the garden. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs, 1 king and 1 twin, both with ensuite shower rooms. The fully fitted kitchen has all the modern appliances and equipment that you will need, and the large lounge has plenty of comfy seating for 6, TV and DVD player. And of course there is free WiFi too. Your private, above ground pool with removal steps, is approx 5.5m in dia, with a large decked area for dining and sun loungers. In your private garden there is plenty of room to run around in. You are free to roam in the beautiful surrounding vines and orchards. There are bikes in the games-room for you to freely use. Perfect for a cycle to the local boulangerie for your fresh breakfast baguettes. There's a ping-pong table and table football too. Our 3 little pigs, 'Iggle-Piggle', 'Chuck Norris' and 'Elvis Pigsley', will enjoy your attention too. Cots, high chairs and stair gates can easily be provided. You will have free off-road parking next to your house. We also supply all your essentials. Bed linen and towels, toilet paper, bin bags, dish washer tabs, washing liquid, washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, hand soap, etc. If there is anything missing, just give me a shout.
