Such a great little flat, very modern and comfortable. Had everything we needed, only gripe was, could do with some mirrors for the bedrooms, not ideal for a bunch of girls getting ready at the same time, but wasn’t a big issue. The hot tub was amazing, easy to lift the cover up and put it back. If you are lucky you will get an amazing greeting by Charlie, the German Shepard who lives in the house attached, the lady who’s house was attached is lovely too. The beach is 2 minute walk, the views are great.

Wonderful location. Beach views from the BNB. Located near a lot of good food options, activities, bus stop to get into the main coty, etc. parking was tight, not on premises as expected, but easy to get closer to the BNB once the beach goers had gone for the day. We got in early, and Steph was kind enough to let us check in early and recommend some good food for us. The beach is gorgeous and dog friendly. Hot tub was lovely and a great way to relax after a day of walking around Edinburgh.
