Charmante maison de ville, collée à Paris, dans une allée piétonne, au calme absolu, à 500 mètres du métro et à proximité immédiate de tous les commerces. Très lumineuse, et dotée d’une belle terrasse pour profiter du soleil. Parking couvert disponible 🚘 La maison se compose d’un salon et cuisine ouvrant sur l’extérieur, d’une chambre double au 1er, avec salle d’eau - WC, d’une chambre double au rdc, avec salle d’eau - WC, et son dressing doté d’un couchage simple. Le canapé est convertible. Maison refaite à neuf. Internet haut débit - fibre. Salon avec canapé convertible et télé faisant face. Cuisine entièrement équipée, avec four, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, machine Nespresso, grille pain etc.. 2 salles de bain avec chacune douche et WC. Grand dressing avec couchage simple Machine à laver le linge. Tout est neuf !

A very enjoyable stay. The layout worked well for us as two couples with en-suite bathrooms. Benjamin was a good host and the house was very clean and uncluttered. We enjoyed the local area as it was not touristy and had several different transport links.
Lovely place just outside of central Paris and the 4 of us slept comfortably the whole stay. The restaurant Benjamin recommended us Zola was also amazing.
Soggiorno molto piacevole in un alloggio veramente carino, pulito ed estremamente comodo! Perfetto per 4 persone poiché in una sola casa si ha una totale privacy avendo in piani diversi sia un letto matrimoniale che il bagno privato. Il signor Benjamin ci ha assistito in ogni momento, sia prima che durante la vacanza. Consiglio questo alloggio per una piacevole esperienza a Parigi!
Loved staying here with my kids. Easy access to great restaurants - L’Atlantic was an awesome dinnner/bar spot with friendly locals and Atelier Gabriel is one of the best bakeries we tried. Place was comfortable and appreciated having two separate bathrooms and a washer, plus there’s a laundromat across the street for large loads. The place is located next to a kindergarten and elementary school. Convenient and comfortable - would definitely stay again. Great neighborhood.
Sehr freundlicher, hilfreicher Gastgeber, der jederzeit seine Hilfe angeboten hat. Das Häuschen ist eine Oase der Ruhe in einem authentischen Stadtteil und bietet genügend Platz für fünf Personen. Die drei Etagen bieten die Möglichkeit zum Rückzug, auch wenn nicht jedes Schlafzimmer durch eine Tür zum Wohnbereich getrennt ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und funktionell. Besonders geeignet für das Zubereiten eigener Mahlzeiten durch Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Die beiden Badezimmer mit jeweils WC und Dusche haben uns als Familie mit drei Teenagern den Aufenthalt sehr erleichtert. Die Unterkunft war viel besser, als ich es in Paris erwartet hätte und wir kommen gerne einmal wieder hierher.

Un parking couvert est disponible au 1er sous sol, dans l’immeuble faisant face à l’entrée de l’allée privée, à 30 mètres de la maison.
