The home is new and loaded with modern appliances and fixtures. Fast internet and room for kids to entertain themselves inside with a pool table and ping pong. Great grilling set up.
This house is amazing! It’s open and beautiful. The view of the lake is absolutely amazing! The sunsets are gorgeous from the back porch. I can’t wait to stay here again!
We had a wonderful trip. This Lakehouse was great for our large group. Plenty of room to spread out! We particularly enjoyed the double deck dock on the water! Also, the pool table and Ping pong tables! The host was very easy to communicate with! We will definitely be back!

Our Family Hosts 7 homes for short term rentals on Tims Ford Lake. We love this lake & the area, And we hope you do too on your vacation! Our family resides in College Grove, TN and has 3 kids ages 16, 14, & 11. We are home builders. We love fishing, hiking and all water sports in our spare time!
