da hat jemand die Erdgeschosswohnung eines der typischen New Yorker / Harlem Stadthäuser in 3 AirBnB umgebaut - schlecht für den lokalen Mietspiegel, schön für Besucher im exzessive Hotelpreise zu vermeiden. Das ungewöhnlich späte Zeitfenster für Check-in und Check-out ist eigentlich günstig für Touristen! In der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind mindestens drei tolle Jazzclubs, einige Restaurants (mitten in Harlem gelegen!) und eine U-Bahn Station. Empfehlenswert auch 787 Coffee, Proof Coffee und Harlem Hops: craft coffee bzw. craft beer in Lauf-Weite!

I enjoyed staying here, not a bad place. Accessible, place on the city. just be mindful of your surroundings. Easy to get around. The only downside, it’s get a little cold in the room. Even with the wall heater it still isn’t enough to keep it warm. So I only suggesting is it would’ve been nice to have. Maybe a small heater to help bring up the temp. Other then that I would stay there agin!

It was a good hotel to spend a few days in New York City for the price. The room would have been nice. It was very clean and pleasant and pretty, but the bathroom wasn't very clean (other guests didn't follow the rules). I was embarrassed to hear the difference in the exterior of the building from the photo, the loud noise every time anyone walked, and what was being said in the next room. The neighborhood is relatively safe and the way home is fine, but I don't recommend walking around other streets after 10 pm.

El departamento estaba muy frío y el calentador del cuarto calentaba muy poco. Lo bueno es que el cuidador fue muy presente y me dio una cobija extra. La ubicación no es la mejor pero por el precio creo que está razonable.
