Fabulous location and environment. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The building offered great amenities and a fabulous pool area to spend time with family. The location was easy to access walking trails, restaurants, parks, farmers market and university. While some basic kitchen supplies were missing, the host was very quick to respond to questions/concerns and open to suggestions made. The check in/out directions were clear and easy to understand. We would absolutely stay at this location again.

Everything was spotless clean and ready for use. I will say the king size bed is not the most comfortable bed. Its more on the stiff side for my liking. I had a hard time sleeping as the linens were heavily drenched in downy fragrance to the point where it made me nauseous. Do not expect any leniency for a late checkout. I requested an extra 30 min just so I wouldn’t be rushed during checkout time and risk the possibility of leaving something behind, but was only given 10-15 min.

We four 65+yearolds stayed at your Foster Street apartment for one night. I would give this experience 2 stars. Except for noted below, the apartment was clean, spacious and convenient to downtown but I would not choose it again unless quality control was upped in this unit. Unacceptable: The parking pass did not function. We tried every angle to trip the sensor when a nice lady let us slip in behind her. No coffee machine is just plain unfriendly and your posting states it is available in the unit The worst: when I turned back the covers to get into bed, there was a used tissue lying between the sheets. I took a photo. Were sheets really changed,? Gross. I slept on top. Other amenities advertised were not present. No TV Remote We wrote a long list of other easily fixed deficiencies which can be forwarded. We appreciate that you offer this affordable place downtown. It could be top notch by actually providing the things listed and better on site quality control.

Overall my husband and boys enjoyed our weekend. We were able to walk to a couple of breweries and restaurants, and also walked a few blocks to DPAC. We did have to go out for morning coffee as there is no coffee maker, only instant decaf available. Also if you are planning a long-term stay, there are no drawers/storage for clothing. There is ample closet space and hangers however. There were a couple of cleanliness items but nothing that actually impacted our stay. We would stay here again.
