Obsessed with this place! I had work downtown and had to be at city hall. This place is nice, perfect location, big with lots of room and easy to keep pretty for a 3 day stay! I am definitely staying here again on my next work trip

The apartment was very clean and nice looking. I’m questioning whether it was worth the money because of so many issues & minor problems. I reported the problems and they said they would call me back. They never did. The pool is closed. None of the streaming services worked as the Roku system was not set up. I paid an extra fee to have late check out from 10 AM until 12PM, then when I came back to my room, I was locked out at 10:15 AM and had to call to get them to open the door. The instructions said I was able to use the parking pass and park on the third floor. I used the parking pass as instructed, but it did not work. I went out at night and came back and there was no parking in the garage and I had to park outside because I could not access the third-floor despite instructions. The only mugs in the kitchen were dirty. Check-in at 4pm and check out at 10am, so very short stay for the money. I was instructed to take out the trash and there is no trash receptacle on the floor
