The house was great for our trip; plenty of room for our family! The layout was nice and had everything we needed minus a sponge; but that was an easy fix! Questions were answered quickly! We had a wonderful time.

Absolutely the BEST Airbnb in Raleigh! I’ve stayed at many Raleigh locations and this is by far the best. Immaculate, gorgeous,brand new home that is tastefully decorated and modern. High end finishes. Extremely comfortable beds and excellent quality bedding. Large single family home with a PRIVATE yard and lovely deck with nice furniture.(most other listings in this area are duplex homes with shared yard) I should have booked a longer stay!! Very friendly hosts and always responsive. Lots of storage (large pantry and closets throughout the home) so it’s great for a longer stay. Beautiful flooring, nice open concept, spacious bedrooms (especially the owners suite with an en suite bathroom and a gigantic walk-in closet), white noise machines in every bedroom (4) fireplace in living room, comfortable couch and cozy throw blankets. So many amenities. I cannot wait to come back! If it’s available, book it. You won’t be let down!

We liked this House. It was clean, had comfortable beds, was near downtown and the lovely Oakwood Cemetery and historic neighborhood- both well worth it. the TV worked easily- a smart TV that had Netflix, etc. I spoke with the host about a couple minor things- she was very responsive and I'm sure she'll resolve them. I would stay here again.

Downtown Raleigh and its bustling food and social scenes are just within a ~10 minute walk north from this house. The route to downtown isn't too shaded, so bring water and sunscreen on hot summer days! However, there are sidewalks along the entire way, and you'll be able to see an expansive view of the skyline as you walk!
Due to ongoing construction in some parts of the neighborhood, there may be occasional noise during daytime hours.

Lime scooters are common nearby – it's pretty fun to zip down the street into Downtown Raleigh on one of these! You can always take a short walk into downtown Raleigh, but to fully experience the city, you may need to Uber or drive since many attractions are in different parts of the city (parks, universities, etc.).
