Conveniently located less than a mile from downtown and just minutes to North Carolina State University. This is the perfect place to stay for family and friends alike! Free WiFi and pet friendly with a fee. We would love to host you! Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, the first bedroom will be to your right, you can go downstairs to the kitchen and living room, or you can go upstairs to get to the remaining bedrooms. As you go down the stairs to the main living area and kitchen, you will immediately notice the openness of the space. The sleek and modern furnishings make this room inviting and warm. The fully-equipped kitchen has upgraded finishes and appliances and is stocked with everything you need to cook during your stay! The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room. Over here you will find a comfy couch with an extended chaise and a large SmartTV. There is also a half bath on this floor. If you head back toward the front door, you will reach the first bedroom. In here you will find a full bed. Continue up the stairs to reach the additional 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom on this floor is to your right, it has a full bed. The next bedroom is just down the hall, this room also has a full bed. At the very end of the hall is the very spacious master bedroom. In here, you will find a vaulted ceiling, king bed, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a dual vanity and an all tile standup shower. Please note, an air mattress is located in the master closet available for use. The second full bathroom is also located on this floor. It is located in the hallway across from the laundry room and features a shower/tub combination. Don’t forget the outdoor space! Just off the living room is a deck with stairs leading to the fully fenced backyard! Patio furniture and a charcoal grill are available for use!
