This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to be close to downtown! We were able to walk everywhere within a short distance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe as well. There’s a nice deck off the side the house which was great to sit outdoors with friends. We ran into a few issues but the hosts were very responsive and respectful and quick to help us out with our requests. If you’re looking for a close downtown stay this is a great option!

Everything about the place was perfect. Nothing was more then 2-3 minutes away. The host was also very kind and responsive. They were willing to go the extra mile for us 👍

This place is great if you're in town for Dreamville festival. It's just 1 mile (about 25 min walk) from the event. The bathtub could've been more clean, and I'd definitely recommend bringing your own bath towels. Aside from that, no complaints. Great spot for a reasonable price

Melissa was extremely helpful and flexible. Her responsiveness and professionalism made our stay seamless. We enjoyed visiting Raleigh. Downtown is about a 12-25 minute walk depending on where you are going. There are restaurants 12 min walk away, while the state capitol is about a 20 min walk. It’s a great location to be by all of the sights. I’ve had other airbnb hosts that were not as considerate or communicative. Above and beyond for sure.
