Katelyn is an amazing host with an absolutely phenomenal property. The house is stunning and the location is beyond expectations. The house has an incredible 3rd floor balcony with views to die for!!! Walkable to shopping, restaurants, and adorable coffee shops. Katelyn was so easy to communicate with and helpful at every turn. She had recommendations for shops and activities and restaurants, and checked in frequently to make sure everything was okay. We ate at Barcelona Wine Bar on her recommendation and everyone agreed it was one of the best experiences ever. Amenities were great. Fully stocked. And the extra touches were so thoughtful. One of us forgot shampoo and was pleasantly surprised to find little shampoos/conditioners/body wash in all the bathrooms. Lots of space. We were able to gather and spend time together but also to spread out when it was time. Comfy beds! I would recommend this property to anyone, and will actively seek this property out if we are back in town

Great up and coming area. Very convenient to the food hall and an easy walk to Fayetteville St. Home was clean and spacious, great for our group of 10 people.
