The home presented even more impressively than the pictures. High-end finishes throughout made it feel like living in a mansion. We were very pleased. The rooftop patio was as nice as it looks. Backyard was nice for yard games. Truly a great experience. Considerations: The neighborhood is gentrifying and may seem dodgy to some, but we felt very safe. That’s just the norm in areas with this proximity to downtown. The top floor with the 4 trundle beds is very nice, but be cautioned that there are no window coverings and it’s bright in the morning, so you’ll want sleep masks if you desire to sleep in. The master bedroom closet is huge and can act as an additional bedroom if you take a mattress there.

Beautiful home! We will definitely be back next year. Large open floor plan made it nice for our group. You can’t beat the rooftop! Beautiful view of downtown made it very relaxing and a great area to unwind in the evenings.

This is a beautiful home. I was very pleased with the space and the accommodations for a large group. Plenty of bathrooms- a major plus! The view of the city was icing on the cake! Katelyn was great! She answered all my questions and checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was going accordingly. I am looking forward to booking this place again.

Katelyn''s house was lovely. A new, clean house that was lovely when inside. The upstairs deck area was lovely to sit at the end of the day and be out in the sun. The beds were comfortable, the space was great, bathrooms clean and spacious. Great back yard, and some supplies like coffee, salt & pepper were great! Location still has a long way to go. Didn't feel like I would want to walk around the neighborhood and drove because of surrounding area.
