I was never able to check in. The host cancelled my reservation a few days prior to check. They stated the owner was selling the house which was a lie. My reservation was still showing active the day I was supposed to check in when the host told me the reservation was cancelled and my refund was processed, that was also a lie. I had to contact Airbnb customer support who then cancelled the reservation for me and processed my refund. This was a horrible experience and put a damper on my plans because I had to figure out other accommodations a couple days before my planned trip.
The place was terrible. There was food and beer left in the fridge, that was clearly not cleaned, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom on the ceiling from upstairs . Could not park in the garage cause there was a pool table and a sofa there. The place looked like someone lives there and just left for a few days to let other people use his place BUT without cleaning up. Never will I stay in this place and I do not recommend it to anyone. Stay at your own risk. The host did say it was his first time renting it out. Well, it wins our last staying in it.
