Ms. Vivian was very kind and prompt. Her house was clean and spacious. Plenty of patio area. Great view of the lake, big driveway. Great get away to relax.
Host was nice but the house was not clean! We checked in at 2:30, which she stated we could drop our bags off because we were headed to Dreamville and nothing was cleaned from the last guest. Bedding and towels left, trash still full. We left and came back to the same sheets on the bed but was made. Didn't feel comfortable even sleeping there! Dead roaches and bug spray thru out the house. I have pictures too.Host had personal shower belongings in the bathroom. Just grossed us out. Host said place was clean but this was not what we expected.We left early Sunday morning to shower at a friend's.We came from out of state too. Not happy at all with this Airbnb! I then requested a partial refund and of course the host didn't respond and Airbnb said since I checked in 30 mins early, nothing could be done.which once again she knew. The house should've been in tip top shape by 2:30. We left at 3:15pm and still no one had arrived to clean.Just unprofessional and unsanitary! Not recommended.
I had a great stay at Vivian’s house. She was very responsive and easy to communicate. Overall it was a great experience. Would highly recommend.
Vivian's place is enchanting - it's so great to have the river outside the back door! She was a great host and was very proactive in making sure we had all we needed for our stay.

We try hard to be the best. Huge plants are my hobby. You will see them all over the house. I love making them grow to spectacular dimensions. I love winning blue ribbons at the State Fair for my plants. Indoor plants increase oxygen for our guest as well as clean the air. We ripped up all the carpet and installed hardwood floors. We turned a 9 bedroom house into a 3 bedroom house by knocking down walls. Each and every room is very large in size. We gave our guest 2 dining areas and 2 sitting areas as well as 3 outdoor patios! You have access to a propane grill and a charcoal grilling area. Please bring your own charcoal. If propane runs out, you’ll only have to go a half mile to refuel the tank at Paul’s grill which is to the left down Poole Rd. A photo ID is required on file prior to check in. This home is not child friendly. There are no child locks on cabinets. Cleaning supplies are in clear view. Statues and other items are in the home that are breakable. Forgot your toothpaste, we have a tube for you to use. Need a toothbrush? We’ve got that too! We even have a needle and thread in case you need it! We try hard!
