This house is perfect and we felt like we were house sitting for friends. I loved the decor and charm - would def rebook for longer! SN: it’s 3 stories so steps.
A really excellent home with beautiful decorative touches. Beds are super comfortable and the TV system has the full range of options. Every comfort that you could wish for. Tom was a great host,incredibly attentive and full of suggestions. The location is convenient to downtown and there are also local restaurants within an easy walk. A quick Uber will get you to all Raleigh has to offer. We particularly appreciated the garage parking. It’s a big plus knowing that your car is safe at night.
We had a great stay at this townhouse for our daughter’s graduation from NC State University. The location was lovely in an area surrounded by classic Victorian homes. The unit was very nice ….we had a couple of friends and mentors drop by to celebrate and there was plenty of room. I really enjoyed sitting on the porch in our small amount of downtime. Lots of families and dog walkers and the Jasmine on the porch smelled divine. Garage parking was a plus and the furnishings were fun and funky. I will recommend this place to others who still have students in Raleigh.
Tom and Colette’s townhouse was spectacular. Tom is an incredible host, very welcoming, friendly and responsive. He made us feel right at home when we checked in and throughout our stay. The home is gorgeous - very clean, with beautiful and interesting decor, and a first rate entertainment system. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, the bed was really comfortable, garage parking was a plus, and the balcony was one of our favorite spots with its abundance of beautiful flowering plants. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and very well taken care of by such thoughtful hosts. We have great memories from our visit and hope to have more there in the future.
Tom greeted me personally and walked through his home with me to “show me the ropes.” Very nice personal touch. There is a 2nd airbnb in the basement, not intrusive at all. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. Overall, the space is fantastic with cool art and decorations. Thanks for lending me your space!

Colette and I are originally from DC and Ann Arbor Michigan respectively(Go Blue) and have both lived in Raleigh since 1985. Colette is a practicing psychologist and I'm a retired photographer. We had always talked about how great it would be to have some type of B&B and this is the form it took. We both look forward to meeting you and telling you about all the cool things that happen in this robust area.
