Great location. Clean and tidy place.

I was about to extend our stay in ms Rita’s Villa because we really like the place, but sadly unavailable. The house is very beautiful and clean! The view from the bedroom is stunning, and Ms. Rita even provided board games and toys for kids, there is even karaoke machine!! The next best thing is the outdoor dining space. Very suitable for family gateway. The house care takers, Pak Toin is such a great care taker. He welcome us kindly, help us settle down even coordinate laundry from outside during holiday that is very cheap and fast. He is super!! The location is near to Safari and Tretes, also many restaurants cafes and stores. There is safety guard on the way in to the locations. Only there are no wifi and a bit difficult to get phone signal, and there quite lot of bugs because the place is surrounded by plants and trees. Would be great if there is wifi and also bug management. But overall very worth the price and we wish to come back!! Thank you Ms. Rita!
