Jerrica is a great host! Reached out to us prior to our stay, sent links to make it easier for us to get our day passes for Yosemite, and was incredibly responsive anytime we reached out to her. The place is beautiful, and was perfect for our needs as one of our family members has mobility challenges. The universal/ADA design made our stay, so much easier. It is such a great find and an incredibly convenient location. We certainly enjoyed sunset on the back porch meals in Oakhurst/Coarsegold and of course visits to Yosemite nearby. This is a great rental and Jerrica is incredibly welcoming and helpful!!

Jerrica’s place is amazing, if you’re looking around trying to decide on a place in the area just stop your search and book it, you’ll be glad you did. The home is spotless, spacious, and has all the amenities listed and more. Lots of room inside for family/friends to gather, especially the kitchen and the yard is great for kids to run around. Jerrica is a great host and communicates proactively and seems like a great person overall, you can tell she put a lot of thought and care into the home. Location is close to Oakhurst and YNP via an easy drive. We’ll be back for sure, Thanks Jerrica!!

Jerrica’s place is absolutely amazing. The home is even more spectacular in person. My parents flew in from Georgia to visit Yosemite for the week. They are elderly and the home was perfect for our family. The furniture was comfortable and the decor tasteful. We enjoyed wine while watching the sunset. We played Uno, and ping pong. My dad cut his finger (paper cut), and they even had a first aid kit available. The owner truly thought of every detail. I had a question when we first arrived and it was answers promptly. I highly recommend Jerrica’s place. We will definitely stay again!

This place is the best place I’ve ever rented! It was spotless and they went above and beyond with what they provided. There was toys for my children and even for adults. This place is worth every dime!

This place is wonderful and feels like home very spacious and super clean. Kids had a blast and we enjoyed the peace and quiet patio with an amazing view.
