The stay at Sam's place was fantastic! You felt right at home, and you could tell the owners put a lot of effort to make that so. The furniture, decor, property, and home was just beautiful; Huge props to the owner on the decor design. My dog especially loved the dedicated dog path which is lit at night and impossible for her to get out (she loves hopping fences). I was in dire need of outdoor time and this place gave that and much more! It was very private, nature rich, quiet, and I couldn't have asked for a better view. Well worth the price, my only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! Thanks for the stay!

Sam's place exceeded our expectations. The views are spectacular and the location is perfectly located; close enough to the town but private enough to feel like a trye get-away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful stay! Wonderful views from backyard and a well kept home very close to town and closest city to Yosemite national park, keep in mind still about an hour and a half to actual trails but definitely a beautiful drive up! Lots of hidden gems in the bass lake area as well when wanting to do other things other than Yosemite. House was easy to find and was impeccably clean and incredibly spacious. Sam provided clear instructions and made check in seamless. Hot tub was relaxing especially at sunset! Only flaw I found was the constant lengthy creaking of the house throughout the night it made it extremely hard to get comfortable because it sounded as if someone had broken in but if you’re tough to scare and go in a larger group it’s an amazing place!
