This awesome house is beautifully renovated, and only 0.8 km from Paarl Medi-Clinic, and 0.4 km from the entrance to Gymnasium High School. The new Optenhorst Shopping Centre is also across the road. Security is important to us and you can expect secure parking behind high fences for 3 vehicles. An alarm system with cameras is standard and floodlights are all around the house. To top it all off, the whole house has burglar bars and slam lock security gates. Included is a pool with braai area. The house is in a quiet area across the road from a working farm. The pool and braai area is really nice, and you can relax in the lounge area with a fully fitted kitchen.

Die Unterkunft von Nic ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Jeder Raum ist wunderschön eingerichtet und man hat sehr viel Platz. Nic und Adele waren super freundlich und sie waren beide immer bestens erreichbar. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag von Nic sauber gemacht. Es war ein richtig schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke Nic und Adele für die schöne Zeit!
Nic's place is lovely and spacious and well equipped. Each room has everything you need in it. Nic was extremely helpful and responsive to a very last minute booking, and he was flexible to our needs. Nic knows the area well and went out of his way to look after us and ensure we had a comfortable stay. the living area and kitchen is very spaciously laid out with comfortable couches and conveniences. the setting is lovely too- very quiet, at the edge of town next to farms and mountains

Nic and Adele are amazing hosts! They welcomed us with a positive energy and gave great explanations of the whole place and gave tips what to visit… The place was very clean and they even provided a welcome wine! This stunning property is walking distance from Paarl Medi-Clinic, Gymnasium High School, 7-Days Family Store and just across the street from the new Optenhorst Shopping Mall. Centrally located near Paarl Main Road, but away from the traffic noise.
Although the property is within walking distance from shops, laundromat, hospital and Gimnasium High School, you can use Uber as it is good and safe in Paarl.
