This awsome apartment is centrally located and only 0.4 km from the entrance to Paarl Gymnasium High School. Also 0.8 km from Paarl Medi-Clinic, 1.7 km from Paarl Hospital and across the road from the new Optenhorst Mall. You can enjoy a nice evening around the outside braai area, or take a dip in the pool just outside the apartment. The 2 bedrooms share one toilet and shower. A kitchenette has the basics like fridge / freezer, microwave and airfrier. The very popular 7 Days Superette is less than 100 metres walking distance away if you need anything. A 24/7 Woolworths shop is 1 km away in the Main Road. Across the street is a working farm.

Nic and his wife were incredibly friendly during the check-in process. Likewise, they were very quick to respond to messages and were incredibly helpful!
Perfectly clean, comfortable and well maintained property. The hosts were super responsive and proactive with making sure everything worked. All the amenities you need for a longer stay. I would not hesitate to go back, thank you!

The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and has a working farm across the road with Paarl Mountain in the back. The property is located on a corner plot which further helps with privacy.
Although the property is walking distance from shops, laundromats, hospitals and schools, Uber in Paarl is very good and safe to use.
