This stunning apartment is only 0.4 km from the popular Paarl of Gymnasium High School, 0.8 km from Paarl Medi-Clinic, 1.7 km from Paarl Hospital and across the street from the new Optenhorst Mall. It consists of 2 x spacious rooms with the shower and toilet leading from one of the bedrooms. Security is important and we have ensured safe parking behind a fence, Alarm system with security cameras as well as burglar bars all around. A nice outside braai area completes the picture.

Ons het heerlik gebly. Nic was vriendelik en behulpsaam. Plek is goed uitgerus, met alles wat nodog is. Beddens slaap heerlik!!
Firstly, Nic is an excellent host. He efficient, prompt and accommodating. He was there before my arrival. He briefed us on all the stuff we needed to know inorder to make our stay pleasurable. The place was clean and safe. The area was quiet. Excellent location All the stuff in the place, utensils.iron,etc are new and well kept. I will definitely book Nic place again in the near future.i feel It is definitely value for money.
We had a great stay and felt right at home. The beds and bedding are good quality and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Nic and Adele were super hosts, very welcoming and excellent with communication.
Stunning place and very clean. Everything what we needed was there and the host is very friendly, and his communication was exceptional. I would highly recommend.

This house is located in a very quiet area and overlook the farm across the street. It is situated on a corner plot with a popular shopping superette about 100 metres away.
The very popular 7-Days Family supermarket is just around the corner and a short walking distance away. Also just across Main Road is Landi's Laundromat. The new Optenhorst Shopping Centre will open soon, and is also across Main Road - a short walking distance. Uber in Paarl is very good, safe and reliable. Franschhoek is fairly close and some excellent wine farms are around Paarl and Wellington.
