Dana was an outstanding host! Her place was everything and more than described in the listing! The cottage is charming, private, and equipped with essentials. The bed is very comfortable. Her lawn and gardens are immaculate and there is outdoor dining furniture for non-rainy days. The shared bathroom was a short walk away, and the door was lit with decorative lights - a nice touch! I am happy to say I have another trip booked for August!

I throughly enjoyed my stay at this cabin. The bathroom was my only concern at first but it was not an issue, there is direct access from the room to bathroom-no big deal. The room was extremely clean and well thought out for guests. Would highly recommend walking to the hideaway cafe if you stay here.

We would definitely stay at Dana’s place again! She was so nice! She even dropped us off at the Eugene Marathon and picked us up. It was a great location for this race! Perfect for two people! Nice quiet neighborhood.

I stayed for one night, and I loved this listing. The room was lovely and inviting, and the outside patio area was very nice to relax in. Dana was very responsive and had great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. There were two pitchers of water waiting for me, and I was grateful because I arrived dehydrated. Very good energy! Thank you!

Great place to stay for the night! Dana was very responsive. The studio was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Heard the ambulance from the rehab/nursing facility nearby 1x in the middle of the night (im sure that’s not a nightly thing), but it didn’t bother me. The bathroom is a walkway outside to the main house, again I didn’t have an issue with that! She has lights on the outside door to the bathroom so it was easy to see when i arrived past dark and had to use the restroom. I would stay here again if I ever pass through Eugene!
