Pranay is the definition of a super-host! From the time I booked, everything (check-in instructions, contact information, maps, etc) was communicated with great clarity. The rooms were cozy, clean, quiet, well-ventilated and has scenic views from almost all the rooms. The location is not far from the main city coming much before karjat and lonavala situated in the lap of nature makes it feel like a mirage, the villa touches the lake with an overhead view of the mountains. The large swimming pool with the slide and green patch in front of it with the music playing in the scenic view deserves a particular mention - It is beautiful! What made my comfortable stay a memorable one was - The Hospitality – from Pranay to the caretakers who made some excellent local food with an extra effort to help you with your stay. In addition to all this, the animals in (pet dogs, ducks, fish) and around the property (cows and goats) around the lake made the experience something very very special for my family, friends and kids! I got to spend a wonderful trip, getting in touch with nature in its divine form while at the same time getting all the modern amenities that we are so used to in our daily life. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again!!

The Lakehouse Villa was a much better experience than what we thought and heard it would be. Adjoining a beautiful lake and serene mountains, this standalone property was the perfect weekend getaway for our office outing. We were 35 people and it didn't look one bit crowded given the spacious rooms and ample amount of room in and around the bungalow. Just one tip: If you decide to stay up till late and wake up early, either partying or just doing your regular outing stuff, do make sure to catch the sunrise from the terrace. It is absolutely breathtaking and would be worth every penny you spend on this property! Coming back here for sure.

Outstanding location by the lake Stand alone property which is very well maintained and amazing service Clean beautiful and serene I sincerely recommend this to all that are planning a 1 or 2 night trip outside mumbai or pune Superrrrrrr place

A house nestled in between hills, lush with greenery during this time of the year. And one couldn't ask for more as the house sits right beside a lake and you can actually go kayaking and swimming and experience the real deal. For those apprehensive about swimming in a 70ft deep lake there's the pool with its shallow and not so shallow ends. The rooms are clean and the people are extremely helpful. Highlights of the place is of course the wilderness its surrounded by with plenty of options for activity like hiking, trekking, kayaking and swimming.
