As you get in the house you can see the kitchen with the living room , It is fully equipped with new amenities such as a refrigerator, all cooking basics, filter coffee machine, microwave. Cooling - Heating from airconditions at the living room and in Corridor . The accommodation provides free linen, towels, an iron. There are one bedroom with double bed . The property provides a large private patio with an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy your coffee WiFi 20Mbps I don't have a washing machine But It is very close: Citywash self service laundry (170 Kydonias, Chania ) IT DOES NOT HAVE A PRIVATE PARKING SPACE

nice, clean easy to find, great location
The apartment was spottlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. It was very easy to walk everywhere. Many thanks Mapioc, I really enjoyed my stay!
Absolutely fantastic stay, make sure to fully use the balcony seating area, it’s so peaceful to sit there all hours of the day. While there’s no parking, I was consistently able to find parking every time I circled the block, even in downtown Chania that’s specific area is quite Parking friendly so you’ll need to know how to parallel park. Definitely worth the trade-off to be so centrally located.
I stayed in Marios' apartment for one week. It was very centeal, only few minutes from the mai streets. Concidering the centeal location, the apartment was very quiet, not noisy at all. In addition,the bed was comfortable, so I slept very well. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. I would definatley come back again.
