The apartment is bright and spacious, with a full kitchen, closets, a comfortable bathroom, and central air conditioning. It also has a smart TV where you can connect your streaming account, and high-speed WiFi for working or browsing the internet. The bed is a king-size with a comfortable mattress for a good night's sleep. It also has a single sofa bed for an additional guest. The apartment is also equipped with bed linens, towels, and sheets, and the kitchen has the basic cooking utensils. "This Studio is located in a small, family-friendly building with just 8 apartments. During the winter months, known as 'Snowbird season,' visitors return year after year to enjoy a few weeks of tranquility in the fantastic climate. For over 10 years, our guests have been filling our apartments from December to April, leaving almost no availability. During the rest of the year, the apartments are occupied by executives coming to Florida for a few months, couples who work remotely and enjoy spending some time or weeks at the beach, as well as individuals remodeling their homes and in need of temporary accommodation. We also host doctors, students, and professionals from all walks of life. It's a great alternative for short stays of weeks or months, and our fully furnished apartments offer the sensation of being at home.

Great location! 1 block from the beach on a quiet side street; within walking distance of the International Pier. We really enjoyed the semi-private back patio with sitting area under the palm trees. Apartment was bigger than it looked in the pictures. Other nice features: comfortable bed, fridge with ice maker, plenty of closet space and nice faux wood flooring.

Very peaceful, quiet, and walkable location. One block away from the beach and the boardwalk, nice backyard area to sun bathe , eat or grill. Many shops and restaurants are just down Ocean drive (I would say within 1 mile). The place is very clean and well maintained. The sunset view is half a block away in the little park facing the canal.
Daniel was so easy to work with. The fees are slightly higher than others, (cleaning) but I would definitely use Daniel again, if he would have us. The area is fantastic and you feel totally safe no matter the time. Thank you Daniel.
This was a great location to just chill near Deerfield Beach. We found everything we needed including 2 brand-new beach chairs and an umbrella! We walked to Deerfield and back each day and night. The location was quiet and convenient with parking close by and the beach just across the street. We even had our own little sitting area on the back patio. I would definitely stay here again!

We take care of several apartments in South Florida and we love being able to help our guests to spend their time away from home in a comfortable, clean and very cozy place. the locations of each of the apartments are incredible and strategically well located, some near the beach others in very nice places where walking through the area is fabulous and we also have others in Miami Midtown where everything is very close.
