Welcome home! The private pool house is located on the desirable east side of beautiful Jacksonville Florida at the end of a quiet street surrounded by woods. Featuring a huge California King bed, smart tv, section sofa that converts into a queen bed, full kitchen with dishwasher, covered deck, grill, fire pit, and of course the pool! You’ll love staying in this peaceful location with easy access to the beach, downtown, Riverside, Five Points, San Marco, St John’s Town Center and so much more! You will pull into the private driveway and park on the left. Walk along the lighted path over to the large covered porch. This space is perfect for relaxing most of the year here in Jacksonville. There is a modern sitting area, comfortable large hammock, and gentle lighting to set the mood. You have access to a gas grill and fire pit as well as a large grassy fenced yard. Open the front door and you’ll find a professionally designed and decorated space that feels extremely clean and warming. Make yourself comfortable on the large sectional sofa that also converts into a queen bed. Cook a meal in the full kitchen with dishwasher. Walk out the back door and you’ll be blown away by the HUGE private pool. The pool is maintained year-round and is always available for swimming. Soak up the sun in the pool loungers. Enjoy a hot shower then climb into the enormous California King size bed to rest. The property is shared with another house occupied most of the time by me, a 37-year-old man. I’m available to help if you have any requests or needs during your stay. Centrally located on the east side of Jacksonville for easy access to the beaches, golf, walking/mountain bike trails, kayaking, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors. You’ll also be just a few minutes from downtown, San Marco, Riverside and Five Points for elegant dining near the St John’s River. The St John’s town center is right down the street with all of the shopping you can imagine. UNF and FSCJ are the local universities and the Mayo Clinic offers vast medical specialties. No matter what you like to do, you’ll usually be able to do it year-round here in Jacksonville. Come stay and you’ll be sure to enjoy this clean, quiet, peaceful space with a POOL.
