I booked Tim's place for my daughter who was in Maffra for a required University placement. She was thrilled with the place- very nice & for a single girl, she felt very safe & comfortable. She'll be recommending to her friends, & I was so impressed with Tim's communication- he even sent me a photo of a post office notice for my daughter that he found after she left in case she hadn't got the parcel. Big 2 thumbs up from me!

We came to Maffra for our granddaughter’s 3rd birthday and were so lucky to score this little gem practically around the corner from their house. Tim was the perfect host. I originally booked for four and I advised Tim a day out that it would be only two of us now and the sofa bed would not be required. He immediately refunded the difference which I was not expecting at all so that was lovely of him. It was such an old charm cottage and the decor was to suit and reminded me of going to my nanna’s house as a kid. I have already recommended this cottage to other family members and will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Tim.

Great little place for a long stay. Everything was clean and had all the amenities I needed. Easy walk to the shops. Tim is easy to deal with and check in/out were no problem. Tim’s mum had great local activity recommendations too.

Tim was a wonderful host. Very nice little house, wonderful front area to have a morning coffee or an evening meal. Quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful backyard with native birds. Lots of things to do within driving distance. All the amenities in the house were perfect for a couple or a family. Thank you would definitely stay again.

A cozy cottage with everything we could have needed. The house is old but was perfectly clean and well stocked. Tim communicated proactively and was very helpful. his guidebook for the area gave us plenty to see and do in the area for our short stay
