Very well equipped apartment which occupies the ground floor of a refurbished Italianate Villa built in 1890. There is a private terrace with gas BBQ and beautiful seating where you can even pop on a gas fire for those slightly nippier evenings. The living room boasts a cosy gas 'log' burner, comfy sofa and armchairs where you can nestle in for the evening to watch a movie on the 42" TV . The kitchen has a fridge freezer, double ovens incorporating microwave and an induction hob. You can dine casually at the large island or at the dining table for a more formal setting - Alexa is close by to provide the ambient music ! The master bedroom boasts a comfortable super king bed and the large adjoining ensuite bathroom creates a spa like experience. The double bedroom is decorated in relaxing neutral tones and adjacent to a wet room style ensuite bathroom with rain shower.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a lovely area. Phillip was extremely responsive to any questions we had, very clear information about the house & what was available. Felt like home from home. Plenty of lovely pubs, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. Twickenham Stadium within walking distance which was the reason for our trip. The fact it had parking was a bonus. We were able to leave the car safely & use local transport links into Central London.
Phillip’s home is well appointed and located. He is a wonderfully communicative host and went the extra mile. We will most definitely stay again and highly recommend the property.
We had a great time staying here, the property is very spacious and the host very thoughtful. It is really well located for Twickenham and surrounding areas. It was very comfortable, very clean, had everything we needed and we all slept well.

We are surrounded by many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, cafe’s and the transport links are excellent.
There are 3 bars within a short walk, bushy park is a 15 minute walk away with Richmond Park also easily accessible.
Twickenham Stadium is a 15 minute walk.
Transport Links
Bus Directly to / from London Heathrow a mere 2 minute walk from the house. Journey takes approx 30 minutes
Trains to London Gatwick take approx. 1 hour door to door.
Strawberry Hill Train Station with direct links to London Waterloo is a 7 minute walk and takes only 30 minutes to London Waterloo
Twickenham station with fast trains to London Waterloo is accessible by either a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride
Get the Tube (District Line) from Richmond Station - Richmond station is 15 minutes on the R70 bus.
Buses outside the door provide links to Richmond Town, Chiswick, Hammersmith, Kingston, Teddington, Hampton Court and more.
A short 10 minute walk beings you into the heart of Twickenham. This is a busy area, with bars and many restaurants.
Teddington is a 20 minute walk.
Another short walk up the side of the river Thames brings you into Richmond. This has everything you could want, from history of the royal family to many of the high street shops.
