It was really good for us and our adult children. Its centrally located and was easy to see a lot of things in NYC without a lot of hassle. The beds were comfortable and the place is clean. One thing that should be noted is that it is above a bar that can get loud at night - especially the back bedrooms. We were o.K. with ear plugs and white noise.

Excellent place to stay for our family of four (3 adults, one older teen). Cool safe neighbourhood, with lots of great places to eat locally- we liked MudSPOT, Tompkins Bagels, Veselka, Thirteen Water (omakase- quite something) and Yuca. Easy, enjoyable 15 min walk to subway and quick from there to main places we wanted to visit in Manhattan. The apartment was convenient enough that most days we could go out for the day, pop back for some downtime and then go out again in the evening. Very clean, comfortable beds, powerful shower with loads of hot water. Some bar noise from downstairs late at night at the weekend- more of a background hum than anything else, and didn’t stop us sleeping. Only issue was we had a little difficulty getting into the apartment as we did not realize the street door responded to an electronic fob disc not one of the keys- easy once we knew. Efficient easy communication with Cristina. We would happily stay here again.

L'appartement de Cristina est conforme à nos attentes. La literie, la cuisine et la salle de bain étaient propres. Il faut suivre attentivement les instructions envoyées ultérieurement par SMS pour l'adresse d'arrivée, qui diffère de celle mentionnée sur le site Airbnb. Heureusement, Cristina s'est révélée être très réactive, ce qui nous a grandement facilité l'accès au logement. A noter qu'il y a deux bars situés en bas de l'appartement, ce qui a occasionné un peu de bruit, notamment tard dans la nuit, lors des deux premières nuits du weekend. Cependant, les autres jours étaient calmes, ce qui est plutôt agréable pour New York. Nous avons rencontré un léger incident lorsque la serrure s'est bloquée une fois, mais heureusement, après quelques essais, nous avons réussi à la débloquer, et Cristina a réagi avec efficacité. Le bus est situé dans la rue perpendiculaire du logment qui nous emmène au métro pour visiter la ville. Globalement, ce logement est bien situé et je le recommande !

Absolutely awesome place to stay. Trendy neighbourhood with several cool restaurants, bars, and coffeeshops within a couple blocks. About 10-15 min walk to main subway lines, <5 min walk to crosstown bus to Greenwich, etc. Never travelled more than 25-30 mins to main sights in Manhattan or Brooklyn. The apartment itself has tons of classic NY charm with exposed brick, and was roomy and comfortable for up to 7 people. Another review mentioned some noise from the bar downstairs but we never heard anything other than very infrequent chatter in the hallway (once or twice over 6 days). Check-in was straightforward and secure with clear instructions and videos. Host Cristina was lovely and extremely responsive. When we encountered an issue she accommodated us very quickly and generously. Check-out was simple with zero steps besides leaving keys behind. Highly recommend to anyone returning to NYC or visiting for the first time. Thank you, Cristina!

Appartement conforme à la description de l annonce. Il faudrait ajouter des plats pour le four et une passoire . Nous avons passé un super séjour malgré que le métro soit à 20 mn de marche . La rue peu être bruyante le Vendredi et le samedi avec la proximité des bars .Cristina est une super hôte, très réactive et amicale ! Nous recommandons.
