Newly renovated lodge beautifully sequestered in 17 acres of private woods. 4 bedroom & 2 bath home, perfectly set up for your family, friends and beyond. Enjoy the firepit, 3 outdoor patios, spacious living rooms & beautiful outdoors. Please note that we do not allow pets, smoking or drinking parties on the property. Thank you for respecting this policy. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, with a double bunk bed in each (with queen mattresses). The loft above the living room has a queen bed in it. The bedroom above the kitchen has a king bed, and two twin beds. There is a bath upstairs and one downstairs.

The home was incredibly clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our large family. Instructions for arrival and departure were very clear. The kids had a blast running thru the woods and playing outside.
Everything was great! The only problem we had was the grill ran out of gas half way through cooking supper But we managed. Otherwise a beautiful place that made for an excellent weekend!

This space was perfect for our group of 11 friends to gather, cook, and spend a few days enjoying eachother’s company. The whole place is gorgeously renovated and extremely comfortable. It has the most well-organized and well-appointed kitchen, which made cooking for a large group truly delightful. A very short drive to a lovely hike at Kelly’s run, and a quick 25 minute drive to the town of Lancaster, which offers lots of delicious restaurants and cute shops. We will definitely keep this wonderful place in mind for future gatherings- we didn’t have children with us this time around, but it would also be wonderful for families with kiddos. So many thoughtful touches, we truly appreciated it all.

Some of the neighbors are Amish, which we appreciate.
You won't be able to see any neighbors or even houses from this location.

Ervin & I have been married 40 years (and counting!)...The Lord Jesus Christ is our first love. In addition, we enjoy our six children and their spouses, our 16 grandchildren, traveling the world, mission work, and meeting new people. We have spent several years in the jungles of Belize, raising and home educating our children, and are currently involved in Church ministry, while living in the middle of tourist area, surrounded by Amish farmlands and neighbors. We would love to have you stay in our Elijah Room (inspired by the Biblical story of Elijah and the woman who showed him hospitality)
