We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. The fenced in yard was great for our dog to run around in. Juliana even made sure we had a baby bed and high chair! We would stay here again!

This was perfect for our stay in Ft. Myers. The modern home is new with an open floor plan and a nice back yard if you have pets. Everything was very clean with bright recessed lights throughout the house. We had only one glitch during our stay, probably because parts of the neighborhood are newish. The wi-fi was extremely intermittent, so we had to use our hotspots to work on our computers/phones. Julianna said they're working on that. Two things to mention -- GPS wants to take you the long way on Sunset regardless of where you're going to or coming from. So try leaving the house the opposite way and you'll see it's much shorter to Gunnery Rd. The 2nd thing is the master bedroom is completely open to the bathroom with no door except for the toilet room. So if one person gets up earlier to shower and use the sinks, the light shines right into the bedroom. That being said, we will definitely try to stay here during our visits to our daughter.

We had a wonderful stay at La Perla! Both hosts were very responsive and did so in a timely manner. We had a slight mishap during our stay with plumbing but both hosts were able to send someone out within the hour to resolve it very quickly. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and all amenities as described. Overall we would stay here again! Beautiful home!
