Robbie made us feel welcome from the second we booked, the dairy is a fantastic home from home! We even had towels and dog treats for the dog! Lovely walk also on site down by the stream which Robbie showed me. Best hot tub I’ve been in, so relaxing to watch the night sky. We are now regular visitors as I can say hands down one of the best long weekends I’ve had! Stu & family

We had a really lovely, relaxing stay. The hot tub was bliss at the end of a day sightseeing. Beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Will certainly visit again. Thankyou Roberta.

Lovely modern house in a rural quiet location offering the best of both worlds. Near enough to beaches and amenities but also tucked away so you can enjoy some peace and quiet with lovely countryside walks all around you. The house is lovely, everything you could need is there - the electric charging point and hot tub were real bonuses that we made the most of. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were modern and clean. Kitchen has everything you need, lovely little touches with fresh bread, eggs and milk there on out arrival. Smart TV and WiFi available for a quiet evening with a glass of wine in front of the log burner. Will definitely be returning to this amazing place.

Roberta has a beautiful modern, tasteful and peaceful place. The property has been thought out very well and has everything you would need for a break away. The property is even bigger than the photos made it look. The hot tub and garden are an added bonus and are so peaceful. Location is perfect for a relaxing break - you will need transport for most amenities. There are some really nice local areas such as Sandymouth beach and Bude Sea Pool - great for paddle boarding. Roberta was a great host and provided everything we needed, we had no issues at all. We really appreciated the small touches such as cream eggs for Easter :). We would definitely look to return again.

We had the most amazing stay! Robbie was so responsive from before we even booked and answered all my pre-questions. Directions were super clear and easy to find. The whole place was beautiful, even better than the pictures, it was spacious and cosy with plenty of blankets and the wonderful log burner. All the little things made it so easy to settle in (dog bed, bowl, treats, poo bags & dog towels). There was even washing powder when we had to do an emergency clothes wash! There were beautiful pieces around the home but even with 3 young kids we didn’t have to move stuff away so definitely suitable for families as well (the kids loved the bean bags). The underfloor heating system was amazing in the cold and the hot tub was the perfect addition outside (even in the rain!). It felt safe, secure and homely for all of us with plenty of space to relax. We loved it so much we arranged to stay an extra day & night! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Robbie and we will definitely be back x
